Membership FAQ
When does Grotto open?
Grotto is on schedule to open at the end of November of 2026.
Is there a commitment period for membership?
Yes, memberships begin with a two-month minimum commitment, followed by month-to-month billing.
What is the cancellation policy for membership?
We require 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle to cancel a membership.
If I'm accepted, when will I be charged for membership?
Once you're accepted, you'll get an email confirming your spot. We charge a pro-rated first payment at least one week before we open, and you'll get notified in advance of the official opening date before your card is charged.
Can I visit the Garden Café & Lounge between baths?
Yes. Members can enjoy the Garden Café & Lounge whenever it is open, even on days when they are not coming in for a Bathing Session.
Can I book additional Bathing Sessions?
Yes. Members receive 20% off additional Bathing Sessions for themselves or their guests.
