Wild Thing Yoga - Sauna & Cold Plunge Pop-Up
Grotto is popping up at Wild Thing Yoga for a day of movement, heat, cold, and good company. Before or after class, experience Grotto’s mobile sauna and cold plunge with guided contrast sessions, plus functional beverages and snacks throughout the day. A first taste of Grotto ahead of our opening, brought to the Wild Thing community.

Dinko Pickellball - Sauna & Cold Plunge Pop-Up
Spend your Sunday afternoom on the courts with open play pickleball, then step outside for complimentary access to a cold plunge and infrared sauna — brought to you by Grotto's mobile wellness truck. Whether you're a seasoned player or just getting started, this is a laid-back morning built around movement, recovery, and community. Snacks and beverages will be on us.

Wynwood Padel - Sauna & Cold Plunge Pop-Up
Whether you've never picked up a racket or just want to sharpen your game, start with a beginner-friendly padel clinic before heading into open play — all on the court for about 60 minutes. Grotto members and subscribers get exclusive access at $20/person (normally $40). Before or after your session, step outside and unwind with complimentary access to Grotto's pop-up cold plunge and infrared sauna.

Ola Beach Tennis - Sauna & Cold Plunge Pop-Up
As a special experience for the Grotto community, members will receive complimentary access to the full OLA experience, including Open Play, beginner-friendly beach tennis clinics, and all necessary equipment to get on the court. Throughout the afternoon, guests can also enjoy Grotto's mobile infrared sauna and cold plunge lounge.

Grotto is partnering with Analog for a members only private 45-minute music-fueled, guided group breathwork and nervous system training session, followed by a functional beverage social at their premier studio in Miami Beach.

Members Only - Delano Floating Sound Meditation
This floating sound healing journey, led by Sabrina of designed Kanekshun,is a calming, immersive wellness experience for members. Guests float on supportive flotation devices in the pool while listening to a live soundscape featuring crystal singing bowls, ambient sound, and guided meditative elements through personal noise-canceling headphones.
