Join us from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. as we celebrate two years of BPM Wellness with Grotto's pop-up mobile sauna & cold plunge. Expect 30-minute classes with something new every half hour, live DJs, light bites, and the Grotto truck bringing cold plunge and sauna experiences.

A special pop-up across the street from Grotto’s soon-to-open location. Schedule: 9am-1pm - Pop-Up Sauna & Cold Plunge 11am–11:45 AM — Sweat & Sculpt Club with Kim McAuliffe. Guests bring their own mats and are invited to transition into the Grotto contrast therapy experience following class. Complimentary smoothies, light snacks, and hydration throughout the morning.

Join us at Ultra Padel for a day of padel and courtside recovery. Get some time on the court, then make your way over to Grotto’s pop-up for complimentary access to our cold plunge and infrared sauna. Padel tickets can only be reserved through the Playtomic app on a mobile device. As a special experience for the Grotto community, members will receive complimentary access to the full OLA experience, including Open Play, beginner-friendly beach tennis clinics, and all necessary equipment to get on the court. Throughout the afternoon, guests can also enjoy Grotto's mobile infrared sauna and cold plunge lounge.

Whether you've never picked up a racket or just want to sharpen your game, start with a beginner-friendly padel clinic before heading into open play — all on the court for about 60 minutes. Grotto members and subscribers get exclusive access at $20/person (normally $40). Before or after your session, step outside and unwind with complimentary access to Grotto's pop-up cold plunge and infrared sauna.
