How We Got Here
We'd been to other bathhouses; temazcals in Mexico, hammams in Turkey, onsens in Japan. Each one, special in its own way, taught us something about slowing down, opening up, and being present.
We kept wondering: what could that look like in Miami?
A place that doesn’t take itself too seriously. One that doesn’t mistake pain for progress. Something in between—where we could sweat out last night, soak with strangers who might become friends, and leave feeling like ourselves again. Only better.
So we built it. Grotto.
